THE GASTRONOMIC EVENT OF OUR FARINATA IA BACK!
After the great success of February, we decided to add two evenings to let you taste once again our specialty: the farinata! Chickpea flour, made with our chickpeas and ground by us, is the key product of our menu, from panissa with vegetables to fried polenta.
In addition, in the mixed appetizer you will find particular and ancient vegetables that we grow in our fields enhanced by our excellent cuisine.
