Our restaurant offers the possibility to our guests to taste typical specialities of the Genoese tradition but also those of the Apulian tradition, since our paternal heritage comes from the south of Italy. That’s the reason why, in our restaurant, you can taste the meeting of two Italian traditions.
The raw materials we use in our menus are all strictly from our farm, so in every dish you will find the products we grow in our vegetable gardens, with natural techniques that follow the guidelines of biodynamic and synergic cultivation to ensure the quality and genuineness.
Our Chef Patty, as well as helping farmer Marco on the farm, is also our miller of excellence.
She personally mills the flours that she uses to prepare the various doughs in our restaurant, such as bread, pasta, polenta and pizza, which leavens for 72 hours for an amazing result!

In our restaurant we also organize gastronomic events and lunches on weekends, with menus related to the seasonality of the products we grow, working on ancient and traditional recipes that come from our Genoese and Apulian origins.
Pesto, turnip tops, old-fashioned sauces, soft wheat and durum wheat homemade pasta, stuffed vegetables, Farinata, the chickpeas and their different uses, the Ligurian rabbit, the Genoese cakes of vegetables, the panzerotti and dulcis in fundo the baci di dama, the cubeletti, the Genoese panettone, the Apulian cartellate and the pasticciotto.
